Wow. I also wish I lived near enough to attend! I have family in Danbury & New Milford, but unfortunately, mostly male, and all computer-geeky – not the reading type. Enjoy yourself!
Oh, I wish you all were close enough, too. It would be so much fun to meet you! Isn’t it something how you feel you know people just through blogging, and yet you might never see them in person?
Thanks so much for coming and visiting my blog, Robin and Caryn and Katie and Dorothy.
I just wanted to tell you that I so enjoyed your latest book, Kissing Games of the World. I am a native of New Haven and was delighted in you making reference to all of the things that I grew up around.
Believe it or not both of my sisters live on the shoreline. One in Guilford, and the other in Clinton. My sister Dolores is co-owner of the Cradles to Crayons DayCare facility on RT 1.
My younger sister Rita is a teacher in the Guilford school system. Keep those novels coming, and I am looking forward to staying up all evening to read the next one.
Thanks so much. I am too far away to attend your book signing event. Good luck
"Shelton's warm, sentimental love story is told with a tenderness of heart and a nurturing eye guiding complexly drawn characters. She effortlessly melds love and loss with heartrending care, exposing the layers of a budding romance with a deft hand. It's full of humor, flaws, and a togetherness of spirit fit for any modern love story where family is what you make it." Romantic Times
An absolute treat, Shelton’s work rarely falters and is filled with realistic twists, complex characters and a moving conclusion. Publishers Weekly
