Sandi! You did it! This is great news. What can I say? I hate a fight and love a win. We became part of a class action suit against Prudential Insurance some years ago and it was awful. They made me write up my claim and tell what I wanted them to do. Then they had someone call me and say, "We don't understand what you mean." There was no other way to say it, really. "You sold me something I can't use and you lied about it to get me to buy it." After a bunch of months I'd decided it was taking more out of me than it was worth, and I finally told an assigned lawyer so. She strongly ENCOURAGED me not to dump my claim and within a few months we got a check for something like $947.00! Victory! Woo-hoo! Sandi! You did it! This is great news. What can I say?
